What is the condition of return/replacement?
can be returned:
– Item need to be return/replacement within 30 days of receipts;
– Item need to be return/replacement with the original packaging;
– Item that is wrong or is different from you ordered;
– Item that is damaged;
– Item that is in good condition.
can be partial return:
– Item with obvious signs of use;
– Item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
cannot be returned:
– Item Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
– Item that is customized;
– Item that is washed.
